On this episode of Ace that 'QUE, we will teach you how to make Smoked Bologna Burnt Ends on the grill. This easy recipe is one that is simple to do and will be perfect for anyone just beginning to BBQ or for a fast evening cook! We made this on the Traeger, but you can also do this on any grill and even the oven.

HOW TO MAKE SMOKED BOLOGNA BURNT ENDS

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- 5 LB. WHOLE BOLOGNA
- THE W SAUCE (ENOUGH TO EVENLY COAT BOLOGNA)
- BAYOU DUST SEASONING (TO TASTE)
- RUB A DUB SEASONING (TO TASTE)
- 1 CUP CHAMPIONS BLEND BBQ SAUCE
- 1 CUP BROWN SUGAR
- 1/2 CUP FIRE HONEY
- 1 STICK OF BUTTER
STEP #1
Set Traeger to 225 Degrees.
STEP #2
Cut bologna into 1" cubes
STEP #3
Evenly coat bologna in The W Sauce.
STEP #4
Add BBQ seasonings. 50/50 blend of Bayou Dust and Rub-A-Dub.
Step #5
Place on Traeger for 2 hours.
Step #6
In a pan, combine smoked bologna, brown sugar, bbq sauce, fire honey, butter.
Step #7
Place back onto Traeger at 300 Degrees for 30-45 minutes. Stir halfway through.
Step #8
Serve and Enjoy!
