ingredient
Aralia
Frying powder, starch powder, some ice
Water (I used the yellow color by steeping saffron in water)
cooking oil

1. Cut off the bottom of the aralia tree and gently scrape off the sharp thorns with a knife, then wash thoroughly and drain.
2. Mix frying powder with starch powder in a ratio of 2:1 and add water and ice to make a thin dough.
3. Sprinkle some frying powder on the aralia and mix evenly.
4. Pour plenty of cooking oil into the pan and heat it. Wet the dough, add it one by one, fry until crispy, then place on a paper towel to drain the oil.
5. Dip it in seasoned soy sauce and enjoy.

Dark soy sauce, chopped green onions, chopped garlic, chopped red pepper, red pepper powder, sugar, vinegar, sesame oil, sesame seeds
*Super soy sauce
Dark soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, green onion, a little water
