Add "this" to make japchae, which is spicy and chewy without meat.

Ingredients

3 sheets of fish cake
300g soaked glass noodles
1/2 onion
1/3 of carrots
1/3 paprika (red, yellow)
3 hot peppers
a handful of leeks
3 tablespoons chili oil
60ml of soy sauce
350ml of kelp stock
2 tablespoons oligosaccharide
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon of cooking oil
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1.5 tablespoons sesame
1/2 teaspoon pepper
