In this workout, we would be working on shoulders, biceps and triceps to build toned arms and increase upper body strength. Grab a pair of dumbbells/ weights that works for you and follow along! We have 2 sets of 7 exercises, each 45 seconds work and 15 seconds rest.

For your reference, I am using 4kg dumbbells for shoulders & biceps and 5kg for triceps overhead extension.

Remember to focus on the right form. Make this your own workout and most importantly to have fun!
