1 cup raw rice in water keep it for 1 hour
2 cup water
Salt as per requirements

For tempering

1 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
1/4 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon urad dal
1 teaspoon chenna dal
Curry leaves
1/4 teaspoon asafoetida
2 Or 3 tbsp fresh coconut
