The simple efficient way I process firewood. I am yarding the logs out of the woods with my Massey Ferguson MF 30 MF 34 tractor with Farmi 501 tractor winch. I am cutting it with my Stihl MS 462 chainsaw. I split it with my homemade firewood splitter. I cut some lumber with my Woodmizer LT15 Sawmill. I don’t have a high production firewood processor or firewood splitter. This is because I don’t produce enough firewood to justify it. This simple system works well for the very small amount of firewood I produce.
