-With all the students returning back to school this month, as rising seniors we thought it would be fun to share some tips we have gathered from our time in high school. Back to school shopping can be incredibly expensive, before you shop sort out what you already have so you don’t buy doubles. When packing your bag make sure it is not filled with stuff you do not need or it will become unorganized very quickly.

Advice For Preparing For School and Romanticizing School
-Clear your phone/laptop and organize by resetting your wallpaper (Download new apps and start a notions, make your google calendar)
-Start choosing your outfits and hairstyles (Dressing up will make you feel confident and the getting ready process can be a nice morning routine to ease yourself into your day)
-Don’t put unnecessary stuff in your bag, it’ll get too heavy (It will get unorganized quickly)
-Have some sort of planner
-Set up a nice study area
-Maintain a good mindset protect your peace

How to Romanticize School
-Watch Study vlogs or tik toks for a few minutes before starting your homework or studying (don’t get too into it or you’re going to be on social media for hours, just enough to get inspired and get the motivation) maybe prepare a playlist or collection
-Find another work environment, cafes and libraries
-Do your homework and start your assignments the day of, don’t let it pile up it’ll be harder to romanticize
-Take advantage of study sessions and teachers help during lunch (The easier you make school for yourself the easier it will be to romanticize)
-Make memories of school outside of assignments and tests (School spirit and activities, lunches… walks to school, after school etc)
-Celebrate small successes and treat yourself
-Take advantage of the school routine
