Join us on a beautiful winter's morning walk in the idyllic village of Bosham in West Sussex. Our walk centred around the church, quayside and harbour, which is a part of the broader Chichester harbour - an area of outstanding natural beauty and designated as a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI).

Bosham's Holy Trinity Church is believed to contain Saxon elements from the 10C, the chancel arch built by the Normans in the 11C, and a spire first erected in the 15C.

At this time of year, the harbour is very busy with migratory birds. Particularly prominent, due to their vocal behaviour, were the Brent geese!

There were also many Mute swans, Mallard ducks, numerous gulls, and we were fortunate enough to see a Kingfisher. Though not captured visually, the sounds of Oystercatchers could also be heard.

We think Bosham is a very special place!

We hope you enjoyed watching as much as we enjoyed walking.
