Tray Kebab
Ingredients List:
1 kg medium-fat ground beef
Five cloves of garlic
Four capia peppers
A bunch of parsley
Two coffee spoons of salt
A coffee spoon of black pepper
Two coffee spoons of paprika
A tablespoon of tomato paste

For the top:
Two onions
6-7 green peppers
Four tomatoes

Preparation:
We chop all the capia pepper, parsley and garlic into coarse pieces on the chopping board and after shredding them in the food processor, we put them on the ground meat. Then we add salt, pepper and chili pepper and knead well. We spread tomato paste on the floor of the baking tray and spread our kebab on it. After dividing it into pieces with the help of a knife or spatula, we put onion, tomato and pepper slices on it. We bake it in a preheated oven at 240 degrees around 30-40 minutes. It came out really delicious. It goes so well with pita bread, buttermilk or turnip juice on the side. Good luck. Bon apetit!
