1 stick of butter
2 cups/320g chocolate chips
3/4/ 140g brown sugar
3/4 cups/160g white sugar
3 eggs
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup/60g cocoa powder
1/2/70g flour
Pecan topping
3cups pecan half’s
3/4 /140g brown sugar
3 eggs
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup dark molasses
Melt the butter in a sauce pan on medium low heat.
Add chips and cocoa powder, stir until chips has almost melts,
Take off heat and continue stirring until everything is melted.
Set aside. Add remaining ingredients in bowl, then stir in chocolate
Mixture.
Pour into a 13x9 greased pan, i lined mine with parchment paper.
Put in 325 degree oven for 35 minutes. Take out, pour pecan mixture
On top, put bake in oven for at least 25 minutes. You need to use your judgement
When it’s done. Brownies should be set. Let cool on the counter or refrigerator.
