I never liked focaccias, but that all changed when I ate a focaccia at EATLY.
It was so soft and fluffy, I fell in love with the texture. Most focaccias I've had in the past was doughy, hard and never caught my appetite.
To understand more about focaccias. I took a baking class at EATALY in silicon valley. The instructor was so nice to share everything. Now I've been trying to replicate what I had a EATALY and here comes my new QUEST!
The hardest part of making focaccias are the texture. Soft and Fluffy. I ready to learn more about this craft!
