This is my grandma's recipe to make delicious pork loin tostadas, served with refried beans, sweet sauce, pickled white onion, cheese, tomatoes, lettuce and, horseradish if you like it.
I also explain a little about the "raspadas".
If you go to Tamazula or any other city in south Jalisco, this is the typical dish for dinner.
