DESCRIPTION
The KAMADO JOE has developed a DoJOE, a so-called pizza oven attachment. A very innovative product. And this insert can simply be placed on the ceramic grill. And with this, the relationship between bottom heat and top heat in the ceramic grill is perfectly implemented.

How does the Kamado DoJOE work?
The charcoal is poured in, ignited and then preheated to approx. 230 degrees - for approx. 20-30 minutes.

Then the lid is opened and the DoJOE pizza stone insert is put on. The lid is closed and locked. We have here a bolt, with which one can make the lid correctly firm. This must be done so that no air can escape between the lid and the insert and so that the temperature control also functions correctly. At the top, the Top Vent, is completely closed.

THE ADVANTAGE OF the DoJOE:

1. no need to open the lid.
2. the heat remains in the grill and does not escape.
3. simple temperature regulation only through the ventilation slider
4. optimal distribution of the top and bottom heat, which make the pizza result perfect.
5. perfect wood-burning pizza taste.
