600ml warm coconut milk
150g tapioca flour
75g wheat flour
210g granulated sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp white food coloring
1/2 tsp vanilla paste
1/2 tsp pandan paste
brown coloring

*baking pan measuring 20x4cm/20x7cm
*original coconut milk can be replaced with instant coconut milk (130ml)
*Wait for it to cool before rolling
