In a kinder world, the 'negative mind' in kundalini yoga teachings would be called the 'protective mind'. It's fear-based, sure, but it has our best interests at heart! Although sometimes it can get in the way of our own progress, seeing issues where perhaps there are none. This 20-minute kundalini yoga kriya for the second body (aka the kriya for the negative mind) helps to placate this aspect of the mind, to bring us into a positive mindset, where we can achieve anything we set our intention on.

As with all kundalini yoga kriyas please be careful with your body. Keep yourself safe from injury. If you feel dizzy, just take a moment or two out. Remember to drink plenty of water during and after your practice.
