108 FROGS?!?! You can ABSOLUTELY do it. Frogs are the happy pill in kundalini yoga - and 108 frogs really boost your mood and make it a joyful day! In this kundalini yoga class, we break up the 108 frog long-haul into bitesize increments of 10. These are peppered with lovely relaxing sequences in between. It is such a great practice to take on as a 40-day sadhana - you'll gather strength as you go, releasing irritability, boosting your mood, toning and strengthening the legs and heart, getting the circulation going and glowing up the skin. Please do try it - you won't regret it!

As with all kundalini yoga kriyas - and especially with 108 frogs! - please be careful with your body. Keep yourself safe from injury. If you feel dizzy, just take a moment or two out. Remember to drink plenty of water during and after your practice.
