Check out this workout that will change your body beyond recognition in 30 days! Tabata workout: 8 total exercises, 20 seconds for each exercise and 10 seconds to rest in between! Total workout is 4 minutes, which burns fat, gives you energy and vitality for the whole day! It is ideal to perform 4 circles with a rest of 2 minutes between each circle, but if you are limited in time - 1 circle is enough.

I have chosen effective exercises, and also made a lighter variation, exercises that even girls can perform. The most important thing in this workout is to work out every 20 seconds to the maximum! And only for 10 seconds have time to take a breath and again in the fight!
