Hi all. This is a killer workout for your abs that is done for 10 minutes and has no rest to maximize and effectively work our stomach.

You have to do each exercise for 30 seconds. Since there is no rest in the workout do not rush through the exercises, choose a uniformly comfortable pace so that you can get to the end of the workout!

Be sure to watch your breathing during the exercise, do not sag in the lumbar area and if you feel pain or discomfort, you should stop doing the exercise.

Also remember that the main thing on the way to the cubes on the stomach is your correct and sbalarsirovannoe nutrition, calculation kcal per day and constant activity and a healthy lifestyle.
