Here's how to install a kill switch for a predator 212 along with how to wire switches for a motorcycle headlamp. 1 switch is for lights on off and another switch activates the brights on and off. I am using a 12 volt rechargeable battery. The headlamp was baught on amazon for 30 bucks. I am working on a final update on the motorized bike build so stay tuned for that and thanks for checking it out.

parts/mods
Academy Huffy Men's Extent 26 in 18-Speed Mountain Bike (For the tires, Front Fork with Shocks and Disc Brake) $250
Walmart Bayside Cruiser $200 (Had to customize frame to fit engine and strengthen frame. Use a larger more robust cruiser for yours!)
Harbor Freight Predator Engine 212cc 6.5hp 100-$150
Amazon Torque Converter $60 (Customized with sprocket on back) Look for suicide kit if you want to buy it ready for motorcycle builds. I heard they go for around 200 but couldn't find one so customized my go cart one.
Genuine Mikuni Corp VM 24mm Carburetor Amazon $150
Amazon exhaust pipe $30
Amazon exhaust muffler $17
Front Sprocket 10 tooth (Came with the torque converter)
Back Sprocket 48 tooth $20-30
Thick Metal Star type Chain Tensioner (Reinforced with metal plate) $15
Amazon Green Metal throttle kit $16 (Love the feel of these grips)
Custom Shiny green cables $15
Cast aluminum 1 piece fly wheel and fan 35ish
Amazon Front disk brake set $35 (now used the one from the huffy bike)
Amazon speedometer $16
Amazon motorcycle headlamp $30
small 12 volt battery $20
Amazon 12 volt Charger $10

Additional Mods
Removed internal Governor
*** Removed Internal Low Oil Sensor (Must do this or predator 212 will automatically shut off around sharp corners so you must at least remove this if you use this engine)
Replaced springs with 18 pound springs
Large bearing bolted to bike frame holding chain down from top
Customized torque converter to suicide style for motorcycle use (Must have sprocket on the back or chain will rub sides of torque converter harshly.)

Thanks for watching. Please like, share, subscribe. If you are building a motorcycle i'll be glad to answer any questions. It was a 2 month process for me as I tried a 6 hp Briggs and Stratton first before buying a new Honda clone predator 212 so I learned a lot along the way. If you are thinking about building a homemade motorcycle or motorized bike go for it. You won't regret it.
