🔔 Perilla Leaf Potato Jeon. (1T=rice spoon)
1 potato (200g), 30 perilla leaves, ½ onion (100g), 1 green chili pepper, 2T potato starch (50g), 3T Korean pancake mix (75g), 1 egg, 1T Korean pancake mix, 200ml water, cooking oil.

✨ Perilla Leaf Potato Jeon. (Refer to the video for the detailed recipe.)
1. Slice the perilla leaves, onion, potato, and green chili pepper.
2. Mix the potatoes, onions, green chili peppers, and perilla leaves.
3. Add 2T potato starch (50g), 3T Korean pancake mix (75g) and mix.
4. Add 1 egg, 1T Korean pancake mix, and 200ml water and mix. 5. Coat the pan with cooking oil and preheat.
6. Put the dough on it. Cook over medium heat.
