I finally went to Perigee, one of the top three fresh pasta restaurants in Seoul!! I got to know a colleague I once worked with while working at Perigee. It is famous for having the worst difficulty in making reservations, to the point that even employees cannot make reservations on their behalf.

From July 2023, it was changed to a single course instead of a la carte menu, and as someone who wanted to try everything, it was nice to be able to taste everything without giving up :)

I think the reviews of people who have been to Periji are quite divided. It is true that the price is high because ordering alcohol is required, meal costs are $110 per person(planned to increase to 120$ from April 24).

However, it was a satisfying meal as each dish, which retains the characteristics of various types of fresh pasta, suited my taste well.

Perigee is currently only open for dinner, and reservations open at 11am on the 15th of every month through the Catch Table app. It fills up really quickly, but reservation cancellations are rare, so if you set up a vacancy notification, you will be able to successfully make a reservation.
