Hi - This is my First upload of Easy Mushroom Risotto I am hoping to upload more recipe videos shortly - I know the quality of the video isn't the best but I have ordered a tripod and I am learning the video editing.
I have cooked a lot of risotto in the past and came up with this recipe and you could add pretty much anything like chicken or fish to it. Or you could just keep it as it is.


This is my recipe of mushroom risotto.
You will need:-
1 Litre of Chicken stock (make your own) - For Vegetarian use Vegetable stock
2 Shallots, Finely Diced
2 Garlic cloves, Finely Diced
2 Tbsp olive oil
10g Dried Porcini Mushrooms
175g Shiitake mushrooms, Thinley sliced
75g Chesnut Mushrooms, Thinley sliced
175ml White wine (a good one)
25g Butter
50g Parmesan Cheese, finely grated
1tbps chopped Parsley
