This is my version of the Indo Chinese Vegetarian Dish Crispy Chilli Paneer - I have made it gluten free by using Rice flour and Ground arrow root, instead of plain flour and corn flour.
I made mine quite spicy so you may want to take away a chilli or 2.
You could always serve with rice and a naan bread.
