We filmed our sweet potato whiskey video back in December. (We might be a tad behind on edits). This adventure with Korean sweet potatoes was fun and the first attempt . We decided to mash in our sweet potatoes with corn and do a "bourbon" style whiskey.

The flavors came through brilliantly and we will definitely be distilling this sweet potato whiskey again.
