Will it shine? We made a sugar shine based off of water kimchi. Water kimchi or baek kimchi is generally a milder version of kimchi involving daikon radish and napa cabbage. So, we decided to make a neutral spirit or sugar shine using radish and cabbage as a yeast nutrient.

Will the shine be clear? Will it taste like cabbage or radish? Or will we just get a fabulous new neutral spirit?
