This week we are distilling pears that were gifted to us from a friend. Korean pears are huge and taste quite different from the ones back in the states. The challenge with distilling pears is trying to get the most pear flavor because it is a very subtle flavor.

Korean pears have an apple-like texture but a pear-like sweetness. They are absolutely delicious. There were some challenges along the way, but we felt like we got a great result from the distillation.
