In my decades of trainings and even coaching itself, I personally experienced and observed that why many stops training, and some don't even dare to start anything knowing it is good for them in terms of health ( Physically/ Mentally ).
There's a few reasons, but one of the most significant reason is the fear of injuries, or even further worsen a nagging existing injuries that limits their movements.
