Hi Guys, welcome to EPISODE #3. I am continuing the MIND BODY & WHOLE theme with a video about WHOLE FOODS which marks the start of a new series of videos I am calling "Let's talk about Food".

In this video I talk about how eating healthy doesn't need to be complicated and explain some very basic principles to apply when trying to follow a whole foods, plant-based diet.

Whether you are a vegan, vegetarian or someone who eats meat, by following the "groundbreaking" concepts of my "Eat When You're Hungry" diet, you can stay happy and healthy by eating intuitively and without guilt.

I also touch on my experience with calorie counting and activity tracking apps (like myfitnesspal) and the potential downsides to using these tools. [SPOILER: I deleted them!]
