Hi Guys, welcome to EPISODE #9 in which we continue the "Let's talk about Food" series.

In this video I show you how eating healthy doesn't need to be complicated and share with you another easy plant-based recipe.

Whether you are a vegan, vegetarian or someone who eats meat, I think the same basic principles apply to making well-balanced and nutritious meals. This being, tying to include at least one (or more) portions of fruit or veg with every meal and eating varied and (naturally) colourful foods.

Being busy with work and family life generally means that dinners in our house have to be quick and easy, as well as nutritious. I have always loved curries and in this video I show you one of my go-to plant-based curry recipes using only a handful or ingredients (all which can easily be found in the local supermarket). SPOILER: I do use a jar for the sauce, however I fancy up the dish a bit by adding some simple but tasty additions.

I would love to know if you give this curry a try and would certainly welcome some other ideas for easy, plant-based meals or snacks.
