Resep Martabak Telur Roti Tawar (untuk 8 porsi)

Bahan:
8 lembar roti tawar kupas
1 batang daun bawang
⅓ buah bawang bombai
200 gr daging giling
3 butir telur
1 sdt bubuk kari
¾ sdt garam
1 sdt gula pasir
1 sdt kaldu bubuk / penyedap
¼ sdt merica
Minyak Goreng Fortune

Pelengkap:
Acar
Nasi putih Beras Premium Fortune

Langkah:
1. Potong kotak kecil bawang bombai dan iris daun bawang
2. Di dalam mangkuk, campurkan daging giling, daun bawang, bawang bombai, bubuk kari, garam, gula pasir, kaldu bubuk, dan merica, aduk rata
3. Tambahkan telur, aduk hingga menyatu
4. Siapkan roti, masukkan adonan daging sambil di ratakan lalu tutup kembali dengan roti
5. Belah dua roti lalu ratakan adonan yang menempel pada pinggiran roti
6. Panaskan Minyak Goreng Fortune, goreng martabak roti di api sedang kecil hingga kecokelatan lalu panggang di suhu 160 derajat celcius selama 5 menit
7. Martabak telur roti tawar siap disajikan

Martabak Telur Bread (yield 8 servings)

Ingredients:
8 pc white bread, no crust
1 pc green onion
⅓ pc onion
200 g ground beef
3 pc egg
1 tsp curry powder
¾ tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp stock powder / MSG
¼ tsp pepper
Fortune Oil

Others:
Pickle
Fortune Premium Rice Grains

Steps:
1. Dice the onion and slice the green onions.
2. In a bowl, combine the ground meat, green onions, onion, curry powder, salt, sugar, stock powder, and pepper. Mix well.
3. Add eggs. Mix well.
4. Prepare the bread. Add the meat filling evenly. Top with another bread.
5. Slice the bread into two pieces. Clean up the edges.
6. Heat Fortune Oil. Fry the Martabak Bread on medium-low heat until it’s golden brown. Bake at 160°C for 5 minutes.
7. Martabak Telur Bread is ready to serve.
