In today's yoga class we are going to do a short 10 minute flow to warm up the spine and improve spinal health. By moving through all the six planes of movement we increase the mobility of our back and let go of any tension built up in the lower back, shoulders and neck.
This class is for anyone wanting to relieve some back pain or wanting to move OR you can use this short class as a warm-up to use before any other vinyasa/hatha class or workout.
