About This Video- Most of my life has been driven by an performance and OCD mindset. Over time, it created several eating disorders, exercise addiction, body shaming, self hatred and a broken heart.

Life is not about trying to fix yourself and strive to make yourself into who you used to or who you think you should be. Rather its about going inward and connecting to you heart.
