In today's video I talk about depression, suicide, and my experience with suicide. The statistics are high all around for suicide, and it's definitely something that needs to be talked about so people understand that they're not alone when having these thoughts.

Never be afraid to ask for help or to talk about your problems or emotions. Also, for those who know friends, family members, or coworkers that talk about not wanting to be around or hurting themselves, don't take it lightly. You never know if that is their last cry for help.
