Mochi recipe filled with chocolate

Chocolate filling ingredients
1 sachet of chocolate powder (2000)
3 tbsp granulated sugar (600)
5 tbsp wheat flour (600)
1 tbsp margarine (350)
100 ml water (free)

Mochi Skin Recipe
Material
250 grams of white sticky rice flour (5000)
2 tbsp granulated sugar (400)
300 ml water (free)
2 tbsp cocoa powder (1000)
brown food coloring to taste
2 tbsp cooking oil (400)
50 g cornstarch (800)

gas + power + sponge paper = 4000

capital +- 15,150 ~ 15,500

capital per piece = 15,500 : 16 = 968.75 ~ 1000

if selling 2000/pcs, turnover = 2000 x 16 = 32,000

profit = turnover - capital = 32,000 - 15,500 = 16,500
