MOUTHWATERING MEAT BALLS MADE FROM SCRATCH NO PORK RECIPE || EASY RECIPE SPAGHETTI N MEATBALLS

MEAT BALLS
1.5 pounds of ground beef
1 pound of Ground chicken
1/2 cup Italian Bread crumbs
1 large egg
1 cup of parmesan cheese
1 cube of chicken flavored bouillon
1/4 teaspoon of Garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Onion powder
1 teaspoon Seasoning salt
1 teaspoon Adobo
1 tablespoon of Basil
1 tablespoon of Parsley
1 tablespoon of a minced onion
1 tablespoon of Minced garlic
1/2 cup of whole milk
-Oil for frying

PASTA SAUCE
1 cup of mined onions and belle peppers
1 24oz jar Classico roasted garlic
1 24oz jar Classico traditional
1/2 Cup of water
3 garlic cloves minced
1 cube of chicken flavored bouillon
1/2 cup and 1 cup of sugar (more if needed)
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
1 teaspoon of onion powder
Teaspoon of garlic powdered

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. In a blender of food processor add 1/2 of onion and 15 garlic gloves( depending on size) blend onion and garlic and but to the side.

( or you can just mince up 1 tablespoon of onion in 1 tablespoon of garlic.)

2. In a large bowl combine
1.5 pounds of ground beef
1 pound of Ground chicken
1/2 cup Italian Bread crumbs
1 large egg
1 cup of parmesan cheese
1 cube of chicken flavored bouillon
1/4 teaspoon of Garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Onion powder
1 teaspoon Seasoning salt
1 teaspoon Adobo
1 tablespoon of Basil
1 tablespoon of Parsley
1 tablespoon of a minced onion
1 tablespoon of Minced garlic
1/2 cup of whole milk
Add mix well as seen in the video

3. Divide and shape the meat into about 30 meatballs, approximately 2 Tbsp in volume each.

4. In a skillet at medium high heat 6/7 add about one cup of oil. Once the oil is nice and hot add the meatballs to the skillet be sure not to overcrowd the pan. Let meatballs cook for about two to three minutes on each side. Just until they get a beautiful golden color. (don’t worry they don’t have to be cooked all the way through because we can finish cooking them in the oven or In pasta sauce .) Do this until you have cooked all the meatballs.

5. Place the meatballs into the oven, safe pan and put them in the oven for 10 minutes.

6. Boil pasta, using the instructions on the back of the box.

7. Put a pot on the stove at medium high heat 67 at 2 tablespoons of oil in 1 cup of chopped up bell peppers and onions. Let cook for about one minute then add.
1 24oz jar Classico roasted garlic
1 24oz jar Classico traditional
1/2 Cup of water
3 garlic cloves minced
1 cube of chicken flavored bouillon
1/2 cup and 1 cup of sugar (more if needed)
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
1 teaspoon of onion powder
1 teaspoon of garlic powdered
Mix everything well and let cook for 15 minutes. Last, but not least take the meatballs out of the oven and put them into the pasta sauce pot. Let cook for five minutes.
