It’s been a very long time since we posted a new video, we took a long break to focus on other projects. One of the new projects is to share my workout with you guys so here’s a new video that is very different from what we usually post. My goal is to share a new workout along the way.


Enjoy this pretty intense HIIT workout for the next 20 minutes. You don’t need any equipment for this workout and it will be a full body pump that will increase your heart rate. Be prepared to sweat and breathe heavily. The workout will be structured as 50 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest between each exercise.

Always make sure that you focus on quality before quantity. The goal is to push yourself but the number one focus will always be doing the movement with proper form. Let me know in the comment how was the workout to give me feedback. Have fun !!!
