I am using 5 pound each ankle weights. Glute ONLY pilates workout with ankle weights routine progresses from small range of motion, then to half range, then full range for a really targeted butt workout. BONUS this class ends up burning some serious calories and getting you super sweaty! The whole routine is done down on the mat no standing, no squats, no lunges.
