Ingredients
*1 cup rice flour
3/4th cup jaggery
*1cup grated fresh coconut
pinch of jayfal ( nutmeg) powder, elaichi powder
turmeric leaves
poppy seeds( optional)


Method
*Wash the turmeric leaves and cut into desired size.
take 1 cup of rice flour, add a pinch of salt n 1tbsp of ghee.
pour hot water and make slightly thick dough.
cover it with a lid and keep aside.।
*In a pan, add 1tsp of ghee, add jaggery n stir till it melts.
add grated coconut, and poppy seeds and mix well till the mixture becomes slightly dry.
*let the mixture cool.
Meanwhile, on the back side of the leaf ,spread the rice flour dough .
*you can dip fingers in water and spread dough.
*make sure to make a thin coat of the rice flour dough.
place jaggery coconut mix in the centre and fold the leaf.
steam for 10-15 mins
let it cool.
cut into two pieces
add ghee and serve hot.

very healthy, tasty, traditional goankonkani Patoli is ready.
