Ingredients
*corn, onions, garlic, ginger, carrots, capsicum, cauliflower , cabbage ,bay leaf, sweet corn kernels, spring onion leaves
half teaspoon of butter 1 teaspoon of oil ,rock salt ,regular salt
1 tablespoon of corn flour or as per requirement.

Method
finally chopped the vegetables such as onion ginger garlic cauliflower capsicum carrot spring onion leaves, cabbage.
in a pan add half teaspoon of butter, one teaspoon of oil .
*once the oil is heated ,add ginger, garlic ,bay leaf, cloves and black pepper seeds.
saute for 1 minute
*add all the chopped vegetables one by one *add salt ,mix properly and cover with the lid and let it cook for a minute.
add about 1 litre of water ,add rock salt
in a bowl add about one tablespoon of corn flour and make the slurry .
*add this slurry to the soup.
*mix well.
let it boil for 2-3 mins
*add spring onion leaves.
*pour in the serving bowl.
squeeze lemon ( if needed)
green chilly pod can also be added( optional)
*very tasty n healthy veg clear soup is ready.
