In this video, we would be working on transition from elephant trunk to eight angle. Before that, we would be going through some cardio exercises, strength drills and a strong flow to prepare your body for this so expect core and arm strengthening exercises! If you do not have this arm balance in your practice yet, no worries as this is a great flow to also work on your building strength for your core. You can do this whole flow independently or grab your friend to have some fun together!

This video is part of my new series - Double Power, focusing on arm balancing transitions. The exciting part is you can do this with your workout buddy! Every class is around 30 minutes including some cardio, core/ arm drills followed by a strong yoga flow to prepare the body for the transitions. We would be flowing through these sequences that primarily builds greater upper body strength in your arms, shoulders and core, with the objective of conditioning your body to pave your way for a stronger physical practice.

Challenge yourself with this 30-minute flow to dynamically strengthen and stabilise your practice!
