In this workout, we would be working on sculpting and toning our full body muscles. Using only a mini resistance band, you'll be working muscles from upper body, core, side abs, back and legs. Choose the resistance that is enough to challenge you and yet still allowing you to maintain your proper form. We have 3 sets of 6 exercises, each 45 seconds work and 15 seconds rest.

Make this your own workout and most importantly to have fun!

Thank you for watching!
