Try this ABS burn šŸ”„ workout. Each exercise is 40 seconds long followed by 20 seconds break. There is not repetition of exercises. Workout is 15 minutes long.

You will need:
body weight

My workouts are for everyone who wants to exercise but doesnā€™t know how, doesnā€™t feel like making their own program, or just wants to follow along and exercise with someone.

Rest whenever you need to, specially if your lower back is lifting from the mat.

8ļøāƒ£ Side crunch to knee drive other side
9ļøāƒ£ V-sit kayaks

1ļøāƒ£1ļøāƒ£ Slow sit up
