There’s no other equipment involved. We’re going to get that serious barre burn especially in the thighs, arms and abs oh, and did I mention your glutes from this sculpting wall workout! OK so put a smile on your face its time for our barre workout on the wall! Let’s tackle this 35 min barre workout and then we’ll finish with a nice five minutes stretch at the end.
