The truth is that Vrabel will be a huge addition to this staff and will be very hands on in helping the Browns defense prepare week in and week out, while also helping developing players skills and overall mindset.

I love the Mike Vrabel hire in Cleveland, and believe that it will only be a 1 year rental for the Brown and Orange. After that, I could see him replacing Ryan Day at Ohio State (barring a National Championship appearance) or he will get another head coaching opportunity somewhere in the NFL.
