I am a big fan of Chinese food and I believe I'm not the only one. This Chinese dish with rice, shrimp, and vegetables is very tasty and also very easy to make. The flavors are amazing and they work really well together.
Boiled and then fried rice with eggs, slightly caramelized, adds even more texture to the dish. All in all, everything blends well and the taste is outstanding.

Ingredients for shrimp with vegetables and rice:
375 ml cold water;
250 gr rice;
Boil for 9-10 minutes on low heat. (see video for details);
7 cloves of garlic;
10 gr ginger;
1 seedless chili pepper;
3 stalks of green onion (see video for details);
1 medium/large red onion;
1 bunch of fresh parsley;
30-40 ml sunflower oil, for cooking the rice with eggs + 30-40 ml sunflower oil, for the rest of the ingredients (see video for details);
3 eggs (for 6-8 people);
250 g mixed vegetables (green beans, corn, carrot, red/green bell pepper, peas);
350 gr frozen/cleaned shrimp;
20 ml soy sauce;
20 ml oyster sauce;
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground Sichuan pepper, or regular pepper;
1 teaspoon salt, or to taste;
