In 2021 it is really hard to find an inexpensive house that can fill the needs of yourself and/or your family. I know! I've been looking too. With interest rates being so low and lumber being so expensive to build, I wondered if there were any more inexpensive places to live. That's what lead me to research everything in this video and the next. I hope this video gives you the spark of interest to look into these cities further or expand your horizons as you look into a new phase for your life. Beware of economic conditions right now and have a backup plan for everyhting!
