So I'm trying to move out of the state of California eventually. However, this housing market is not the most uplifting. The housing market crash or the housing market correction coming could change the course of what I want to do an where I want to live in the future. This is big! And the chances are if you are thinking about moving soon, you're a little scared too.

In the explanation, I talk about how I see the correction potentially playing out. When this happens, not if, there will be lots of opportunity and so much to decide. Bottom Line: If you can make a monthly payment right now and you don't play on moving for the next 15 years, you should be good. If you want to upgrade for something nicer withing the next 5-7 years, maybe stay cautious and find good deals.
