Georges Blanc is one of the chefs who made the history of French cuisine. His 3 Michelin star restaurant, outside Lyon, is a real gastronomic village, designed to celebrate the great excellences of the Bresse region, first and foremost chicken. Chef Matteo Rossatto, together with his very Italian brigade, presents the legendary chicken en crust created by Blanc on the menu for more than 40 years. It is the most spectacular and precious chicken in all of France.
