How to make Chuseok kimchi! Seasoning for holiday pickled cabbage, making sure to make it without fail
Cabbage contains antioxidants, vitamin C and vitamin E, which are said to help reduce inflammation.
It is rich in dietary fiber, which helps digestion and prevents constipation.
Cabbage contains glucosinate, which has anticancer properties, and is said to be effective in preventing stomach and colon cancer.
It is said to be rich in potassium, which helps lower blood pressure.

Ingredients

Famous ingredients
5 heads of cabbage. 1 bunch of green onions, 1.8 kg of radish. 1 carrot. 1 onion.

Pickled cabbage
5 heads of cabbage (about 2 kg each). 4 cups of sea salt. 2.5 L of water.

Seasoning in a mixer
10 red peppers. 1 onion. 1/2 pear. 1 apple. 1/2 cup of water.
1 bowl of rice. 1 cup of shrimp sauce.

Seasoning ingredients
2 cups of anchovy sauce. 4 cups of red pepper powder. 1 onion. 2T of ginger juice. 2 cups of minced garlic.
3T+2T of plum juice. 1T of salt.

Boil glutinous rice paste
2T of dried glutinous rice powder. 500ml of water.

*Season at the end with salt. Add and reduce with fish sauce.
It is a cold cabbage, so it is long and has thin stems.
It was rich and delicious.
