This is a story of Brazilian pop culture, an ineffective government's persistence, and the history around Mortal Kombat! The franchise is known from children in the city to farmers out in the countryside and everyone in between down in Brasil, and it's been a crazy ride getting to learn about it! It's influences can be seen in their television, funk music, and even movies!
